Draw
A draw resolves one sealed outcome from a published prize table, staked at 150 USDG. Odds are exact fractions of 1,000,000 and are published before payment. Average return is 95.00% of stake, and structure is in The box.
Outcomes
Three kinds. Draw credit on 70% of draws, an item on 6.32%, and nothing on the remaining 23.68%. Something comes back on 76.32% of draws.
Average return is 95.00% of stake, but draw credit is 49.1% of that payout and is not withdrawable — it is applied before cash on subsequent draws and cannot be converted out. Counting only what can be realised in cash, return is 48.33% of stake.
Both figures describe the same table. The 95.00% is the return including credit at face value; the 48.33% is the return excluding it.
Two transactions
A draw is split in two.
A one-transaction draw is attackable: a contract calls it, inspects the result, and reverts its own transaction whenever the prize is poor, retrying until it hits a jackpot and paying only for the winning attempt. With payment and outcome split, the payment has already settled in an earlier block by the time an outcome exists.
If the operator does not settle, refundStale() becomes callable by the player one hour after the request and returns the stake.
The result is determined on-chain before any frame renders. Skipping the animation, or using quick draw, cannot change it.
